Jurisdiction
All transactions and disputes that may arise during the performance of contracts will be subject to French law. All our invoices are payable in Gaillan (Gironde). Complaints are not accepted unless made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Only the Commercial Court of Bordeaux (33) has jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery, and the method or place of payment.
Products
The photos presented on this site are not contractual. Products are listed subject to stocks remaining available and are shipped on a first-come first-served basis. If a product is out of stock, Les Vignerons d’Uni-Médoc shop will offer an equivalent product. The buyer is free to refuse this offer, in which case the order will be cancelled and the buyer will receive a credit against future purchases.
Delivery
We do our best to keep our delivery times as short as possible. However, delays in delivery cannot give rise to any penalty, cancellation of order, or compensation of any type. We cannot be held liable for an incorrect delivery address provided by the buyer. The cost of re-shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility. Deliveries will not be made to PO boxes. Orders placed on the http://www.unimedoc.com website can be delivered in mainland France only, excluding Corsica and islands not connected by road. Transport and usual reservations
The goods ordered travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, who in the event of loss or damage must comply with the provisions of Article 105 of the Commercial Code: “The transporter can only be held liable if precise and complete reservations have been formulated in writing on the copy of the delivery note presented by the transporter, and sent by the recipient to the transporter named on the delivery note by registered letter within three days of the delivery.”
Price
The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT. Depending on the quantities ordered, a contribution to the transport costs will be charged in addition to the displayed selling price. This amount appears in the order total. For any order placed by email, the applicable price is the price shown on the site and used as the basis for calculating the order total. This price may be changed at any time without notice. Confidentiality: In accordance with the provisions of the law on data processing and freedoms of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, modify, correct and delete personal information concerning you and held by Les Vignerons d’Uni-Médoc. Les Vignerons d’Uni-Médoc guarantees that this information will be used for strictly internal purposes. The use of your contact details by partners or service providers cannot take place without your express consent.
